12pm: Check-In begins at Yellow Pines Campground
Come check in! Set up your tent, put your food in the bear box, and meet some of the people you’ll spend the week(end) with. Once you’ve set up, visit the craft table to make a name-button for yourself! Get oriented to Yosemite Valley and check out the sponsor village feat. RAB, Parks Project, Luno, Arc’Teryx and Wondery.
Make your way over to the Valley Village (1.5 miles away, can take the shuttle, walk, bike, or drive (limited parking, recommended for people with blue placard)) and visit the Visitor Center and Museum.
4pm-7pm: Community Partners!
Come meet some of the community partners making this happen and mingle with the rest of the United in Yosemite community. Get ready for dinner!
5:30-7pm: Kickoff Pizza Party hosted by RAB!
Get a few slices of free pizza from RAB (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free available) and mingle with the United in Yosemite community. There might even be beer…
7pm-9pm: Welcome!

Clinic registration will be reserved for registered United in Yosemite participants. Clinic gear (helmets, ropes, climbing gear, etc.) will be provided. We are working to have free demo gear (shoes, harnesses) available — but feel free to bring your own if you’ve got it!
