Program Overview: Explore Yosemite’s vibrant summer season on this short program! We’ll help you make the most of a single day in the park. Your local naturalist guide will ensure you see the best of Yosemite and get oriented to this beautiful destination.
You’ll get a close look Yosemite Valley’s impressive granite features, learn about the history of this special place, and make occasional stops to explore off-the-beaten-path areas. By the end of your four hour program, you’ll have a better understanding of America’s Best Idea, and how our National Parks came to be.

- When: Monday, August 29 from 10 am to 2 pm
- Where: Yosemite Valley
- Registration includes: A four hour naturalist walk and park entry (as needed).
- Lodging: No lodging is included.
