Marion is a lifelong Californian — her path has taken her to Pasadena; San Francisco; Stanford, University of California, Los Angeles; and Berkeley — and a lifelong Yosemite visitor and fan. She loves sports and outdoor adventures, and had (almost) never slept indoors in Yosemite until she started working for the Conservancy! As our chief development officer, Marion leads the Conservancy’s fundraising efforts. She and her team focus on inspiring and delighting donors whose gifts support projects and programs that preserve Yosemite and enrich the visitor experience, anchored in the idea that giving should feel good.
