Our new monthly gift processing platform
To provide enhanced security for you and all our donors, we are updating our gift processing software which requires changing the way we process your Sequoia Society gift.
To continue as a Sequoia Society donor we need your updated credit card information so we can enter your gift into this new system. We will not keep your credit card information on file.
There are four easy ways to do this:
- Ask us to mail you a form to return to us. We’ll update your information and shred your form.
- Go online to yosemite.org/update and enter your information directly. You can also visit any giving page on our website and enter in a new monthly gift, when we receive your gift we’ll update our records to our new system.
- Call us at 415-966-5252 and we’ll take care of it over the telephone.
- Email us ([email protected]) or leave a voicemail at our office voicemail (415-434-8446 x316) and well give you a call at a time that works for you. Please be sure to give us your telephone number, your time zone and the preferred time for a call.
Whichever way you choose, I hope you will do this now as we will soon phase out the old system. We don’t want to lose a single Sequoia Society donor as your dedicated support makes a real difference in Yosemite.
