Brandon Adams has climbed El Capitan more than 40 times; his achievements on that famous feature include notably difficult routes, speed ascents and a first ascent. The 2020 season will mark his fifth year serving as a Yosemite climbing ranger. He only spends six months of every year in Yosemite, but he considers the park and its expansive big walls home.
