Dip your toes into the world of watercolor in this playful, supportive class! You’ll learn the basics of watercolor and paint onto a pre-sketched Yosemite landscape, with the step-by-step guidance of a friendly local artist. No matter your skill level, you’ll walk away with an understanding of simple painting techniques, color mixing, and a unique Yosemite masterpiece! Painting supplies, instruction, a charcuterie plate, and a beverage (wine and non-alcoholic options) are included in your registration fee, see details below.
- Experience level: All levels welcome; no experience required! Participants must be ages 12+ and all participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- What’s included: Two hours of art instruction and all art supplies needed for the duration of class! Advanced registration is required.
- Location: Mountain Room Lounge at Yosemite Valley Lodge (near shuttle stop #7)
- Time: 2 pm to 4 pm on Fridays from May 1 to August 28
