Create a timeless and memorable keepsake from your park experience. Mosaics are a unique expression of color, shape, pattern and texture — all elements found in the majestic Yosemite Valley. Using supplied materials, join artist and educator Nancy Meyer to capture the essence of the Valley using pieces of stone, glass and other materials. This workshop is great for all ages; no experience necessary. Leave this workshop with a unique and lasting memento of your visit.
Beginner level: Little to no experience required, age 8+.
Registration: $30 per day per visitor (registration fee includes materials and supplies); drop-ins welcome as space is available.
Location: Happy Isles Art and Nature Center; this workshop is held indoors.
Time: 10 am to 11:30 pm, and 1 pm to 2:30 pm, Monday through Saturday. *Due to the nature of this workshop, classes will be 1.5 hours in duration and held twice per day.
