The
Field Guide to the Birds of the Sierra Nevada Project
The Yosemite Association is presently undertaking a new project to create a comprehensive field guide to the birds of the Sierra Nevada. With primary support from the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, the book will give thorough coverage to the 320 species included, and will feature all new paintings of the birds in multiple plumages and at different ages by Keith Hansen.
