A unique design with John Muir, Half Dome & the California Condor

This beautiful Yosemite keepsake consists of two uncirculated 2005 California quarters presented in a colorful tri-fold holder that includes interesting facts and Yosemite paintings by Chris Jorgensen.

The package includes quarters from both the Denver and Philadelphia Mints, and because only gloved hands touched the coins, the new quarters are in shiny, uncirculated condition.

According to the Sacramento Bee, "California's coin could become one of the harder state quarters to find in years to come. Production rises and falls with the economy. The U.S. Mint expects to produce fewer California quarters than it has for 21 of the 30 other states whose coins are in circulation."
