The following language provides for an unrestricted bequest to the Yosemite Association that is deductible for estate tax purposes:

I give ___________________ to the Yosemite Natural History Association (dba Yosemite Association), Federal Tax ID 94-6050143, a California nonprofit corporation, currently located at P.O. Box 230, El Portal, CA 95318, to be used to support the charitable activities of the association to benefit educational, research, and environmental programs at Yosemite National Park.
